MAX30102
Pulse oximeter and heart-rate sensor module integrates red and IR LEDs, a photodetector, optical elements, and low-noise analog front-end electronics. It operates from a 1.8 V supply with a separate LED power supply and communicates through an I2C-compatible interface. The device includes ambient-light cancellation, a 32-sample FIFO, programmable sample rates from 50 sps to 3200 sps, and up to 18-bit ADC resolution. The 14-pin optical module measures 5.6 mm by 3.3 mm by 1.55 mm and is rated for -40 °C to +85 °C operation.
MAX3232
The transceiver integrates two drivers and two receivers for RS-232 serial links from a 3.0 V to 5.5 V single supply. It uses a capacitor charge pump with four 0.1 µF external capacitors and supports guaranteed data rates to 120 kbit/s. Receiver inputs tolerate ±25 V and transmitter outputs deliver RS-232 levels with at least ±5 V swing into standard loads. Multiple 16-pin package options exist for commercial and extended temperature suffixes.
MAX98357A
PCM input Class D audio amplifier drives a single mono speaker from a digital audio interface. The device operates from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply and supports standard I2S input using DIN, BCLK, and LRCLK signals. Output power reaches up to 3.2 W into a 4 ohm load, with high-efficiency Class D operation and integrated speaker-protection features. Supported audio sample rates span 8 kHz to 96 kHz, and the operating temperature range is rated for industrial environments.
