AMS1117-ADJ
Adjustable low-dropout linear regulator provides up to 1 A output current with a 1.25 V nominal reference. The regulator operates with a 1 V input-to-output differential and has a maximum 1.3 V dropout voltage at full load. On-chip trimming sets the reference accuracy to 1.5%, and current limiting reduces stress during overload conditions. The AMS1117 family is supplied in surface-mount SOT-223, SO-8, and TO-252 package options and is specified for 0 °C to 125 °C operation.
