SRV05-4A is an 8-diode low capacitance steering diode array designed to protect high-speed data lines from overvoltage caused by ESD, EFT, and lightning. Each line is protected by steering transients to either the power supply rail or ground, featuring a dedicated common-anode TVS diode for additional clamping protection.

This surface mount component offers a peak pulse power of 3kW and a maximum surge current of 208.3A. The DO-214AB package is supplied on tape and reel for efficient assembly.
