Dual-core microcontroller integrates two Arm Cortex-M0+ processor cores running up to 133 MHz. The device includes 264 kB of on-chip SRAM, cached execute-in-place support for up to 16 MB of external QSPI flash, and a deterministic AHB bus fabric. Flexible interfaces include 30 GPIO pins, four 12-bit ADC inputs, USB 1.1 host/device support, two UARTs, two SPI controllers, two I2C controllers, 16 PWM channels, and eight PIO state machines. The chip is supplied in a 7 × 7 mm QFN-56 package, supports 1.8 V to 3.3 V I/O supply operation, and is specified for a -40 °C to 85 °C case temperature range.
