The MP2451 is a high-frequency, step-down, switching regulator with an integrated high-voltage high-side MOSFET. It provides a 600mA output with current-mode control for fast loop response and easy compensation. The wide 3.3V to 36V input range accommodates a variety of step-down applications, including those in automotive environments. A 130µA operational quiescent current allows use in battery-powered applications. It features a high 2MHz switching frequency, which allows for small external components.
