The device dissipates up to 500 mW at lead temperature and uses a molded plastic SOD123 package with matte-tin finished terminals. Reverse current is rated at 0.2 µA at 7 V, with 20 Ω maximum Zener impedance at the test current. The diode operates over a -65 °C to +150 °C junction and storage temperature range and is lead-free, RoHS compliant, halogen-free, antimony-free, and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards.
