The controller integrates 720 source outputs, 320 gate outputs, a VCOM output, power-supply circuitry, and 172,800 bytes of graphic RAM. It supports 8080-series parallel MCU interfaces, RGB display interfaces, and 3-line or 4-line SPI serial interfaces. Logic I/O operates from 1.65 V to 3.3 V, while the analog supply operates from 2.5 V to 3.3 V. The operating temperature range is -40 °C to 85 °C.
